Salvador Dali

Salvador Dali

Metamorphosis of Narcissus
With the image below I am impressed particularly with how the abstract image was painted with an almost 'photo real' quality, an effect Dali referred to as "hand painted colour photography". His use of multiple focal points and repetition of shape combined with distracting surrealist colours create an intense distracting image that demands continual attention.
