Creation Of A Collage

To begin I drew the front of my object onto a separate piece of paper using various pencils with varying lead densities to create a realistic drawing, as a main background image I used a page from a workshop manual to keep with the vehicular theme and the used and dirty look of the page creates contrast with the new and clean look of my object which appears to be powering through the page and ripping it in the process, this ripped and shattered look was created by using newspaper to be the overturned page and a black background to fit behind the whole image. I believe the image to be powerful and also demonstrative and representative of the destruction of the olden by the new.
